1. How does your print-on-demand process work?
We partner with Printify, a trusted print-on-demand service. Each item is printed just for you as soon as you place your order. This means we don’t keep large inventories—reducing waste and ensuring fresh, high-quality prints every time.
2. What’s the typical production time?
Production usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on the item and the Printify partner fulfilling your order. Once your product is ready, it ships out according to the shipping method selected at checkout.
3. How long does shipping take?
We currently ship only within the U.S. Domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after production, though it may vary by location. Please note that these are estimates and can be affected by peak seasons, holidays, or other unforeseen delays.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this link to keep an eye on your package’s journey from production to delivery.
5. What’s your return/refund policy?
Because each item is printed on demand:
- Damaged or Misprinted Items: We’ll gladly replace or refund items that arrive defective or misprinted. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- Sizing or Buyer’s Remorse: We cannot accept returns for items that don’t fit or for changes of mind, so please check our size charts carefully before ordering.
6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We start processing orders as soon as possible, so changes or cancellations might not be possible once your item is in production. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to assist if printing hasn’t begun.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently only ship within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
8. How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to the size chart on each product page. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. If you have specific questions, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
10. My order never arrived. What do I do?
- Check the tracking link to see if there are any shipment updates.
- If it’s marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your local post office.
- Still no luck? Contact us with your order details, and we’ll help investigate further.
